This truck is a 1990 LTI-Simon Duplex 110” rear mount aerial with a Cummins NT 400 engine and a Allison automatic transmission. This truck has a 1,500 gallons per minute Waterous pump supplied by a 300 gallon booster tank. This truck is equipped with 500 feet of 4” in diameter supply hose, two crosslays containing 200 feet of 1-3/4" in diameter, and another crosslay containing 250 feet of 2" diameter hose. Also on this apparatus is 2 preconects consisting of 250 feet of 2" in diameter hose, and an additional 500 feet of 2-1/2" in diameter.


In 2008, this unit underwent a total refurbishment all the way down to the chassis. The most eye catching cosmetic improvement was the paint job and the LED Emergency lighting. This truck is on the first alarm to all residential and commercial fire alarm activations, plus numerous other responses per the officer in command. This is the tallest straight stick ladder in Chautauqua County.
